Reporting an Issue
If you have a concern with your road, road markings or road drainage, then please send an email with the following information to: roads@frsa.uk

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• FRSA ID number
• Summary of the issue

Your concern will then be investigated by our Roads Liaison officer who will call round to take details of the issue you have reported. A job number will be allocated to the email you have sent, please use it in any further correspondence.

Your job will then be placed on our maintenance list along with other concerns, these will be dealt with in order of priority and with the funds available.

Road Resurfacing
Road resurfacing works are only carry out during the months of April to October, along with any white road markings that need to be replaced, due to the favourable weather conditions.

Drainage
Drainage works normally take place around the end of the Summer months September – October

Road Sweeping
Road sweeping is carried out after the leaves have mainly fallen from our trees around the end of November. This keeps the gully lids clear for the winter months ahead.

Emergency Repairs
Emergency repair will be carried out if deemed urgent, but we get much better value for money for our members if we roll all the works into one programme. This way we can draw up specifications of what is required and obtain 2/3 quotes for the works.
