Buying and Selling on an FRSA Road

Solicitors seeking information on the roads and rights of access need to email our Chairman at:  chairman@frsa.uk

There is an administration fee charged for responding to enquiries about the road, scaled to the amount of time and research required to answer the solicitor’s questions. The current fee to complete an FME1 form is £100 and pro-rata thereafter, depending on the nature and number of questions.
